Paradiso, a 5 bedroom (4 kings, 1 queen), 5 1/2 bathroom villa located high up on the hillside in Oyster Pond, was renovated in 2002.  There are excellent views of Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond and the Atlantic Ocean.  This villa is very spacious and is the perfect vacation spot for a large group . . . or it can be rented as a 2 bedroom for a very private holiday.

The secluded Dawn Beach is a short trip down the hill and is a prime spot for swimming, snorkeling and watersports.  You can spend your days enjoying day sails to nearby islands, scuba diving, boating, fishing, shopping, casinos and the best dining in the Caribbean.  The villa is located near Philipsburg (Dutch side capital) and is only a short drive to Marigot (French side capital).

This villa is fully furnished and has a complete kitchen with all necessary amenities as well as a gas BBQ.  All bedrooms have A/C, phones, DVD, and a porch. The living room has fans, cable TV, CD, DVD, and stereo player.  The villa has a beautiful pool, Jacuzzi and a gym.  The caretaker lives on the property, providing security.

All rates are based on 7 nights and include airport greeting and daily maid service.  A 9% government tax will be added to all rates.

Minimum Booking is 5 nights except for Christmas & New Year's where a 12 night minimum is required.
