DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:  In general, a 25% deposit (of total booking fee) required to hold a reservation.  60 days and less - full payment at the time of booking.  Click here for full Deposit & Cancellation Policy.

PAYMENTS:  Cash, Check or Money Order.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  A credit card authorization form will be filled out and signed by the rental client prior to arrival. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellation of booking at anytime may result in forfeiture of deposit paid.  Click here for full Deposit and Cancellation Policy.

REFUNDS:  Refunds for villas will only be made under the following circumstances:

    1.  The villa is unfit for habitation and no equivalent substitute can be found; or

    2.  The villa is rebooked for the period of the booking.  If a portion of the rental time is rebooked, then a pro-rated refund will be made.

    3.  All refunds subject to a 15% service fee assessed against the total villa rate.
